Replace @punkbit/cui with @clickhouse/click-ui package

Renamed the Click UI package from @punkbit/cui to @clickhouse/click-ui at version 0.0.251-rc.16.

Changes

• Updated package dependency in packages/app/package.json
• Updated all import statements across 5 source files:
  • ThemeWrapper.tsx - ClickUIProvider
  • DBSearchPage.tsx - Button, Select
  • AutocompleteInput.tsx - Popover, TextAreaField
  • components/TimePicker/TimePicker.tsx - TextField
  • theme/ClickUIThemeVars.tsx - useCUITheme
• Updated package references in agent_docs/click-ui-migration-notes.md

-import { ClickUIProvider } from '@punkbit/cui';
+import { ClickUIProvider } from '@clickhouse/click-ui';

The packages are functionally identical - this is purely a namespace change.
