Add cmd-test arguments

• Fixes errors here
• Adds cmd line args for cmd test and ability to run select tests from do-cmd-test
• Switch providers with use_wolf_provider and use_default_provider for unification rather than -provider args
• Unify code to detect current setup with detect_wolfprovider_mode

Can you push your fixed changes to this branch so we can get everything merged? We are going to be needing this to test replace default with the yocto replace default and the test here https://cloud.wolfssl-test.com/jenkins/job/wolfProvider/job/debian-packages/211/

In rsa-cmd-test.sh both sign_rsa_pss and verify_rsa_pss have -provider default as an argument to their sign/verify command.

Actually, it may be a bad idea to mess with that right now, so nevermind.

Great catch. We want to use use_wolf_provider and use_default_provider rather than the args. Fix pushed.
