Dependency/tooling refresh focused on metadata/session helpers. Bumps @toruslabs/customauth to 22.1.0, upgrades @toruslabs/metadata-helpers to ^8.2.0 (and related bumps like @toruslabs/broadcast-channel and @toruslabs/session-manager), and refreshes the Vue example’s deps/lockfile (including @toruslabs/vue-icons to ^9.0.0).
