This PR corrects the image list in the releases.json file for Calico Enterprise version 3.22-2. It removes two image entries that were incorrectly included in the v3.22.0-2.0 release and fixes a minor indentation issue.

Changes:

• Fixed indentation on the opening brace of the first release object
• Removed manager-proxy image entry from v3.22.0-2.0 release
• Removed envoy-init image entry from v3.22.0-2.0 release
