This PR replaces the
insertandsetseries of functions insparse_hashtableandsparsetablewith theiremplaceandset_inplaceequivalents. The helper functions are now namedinsert.../set, but their behaviour follows that ofemplace.../set_inplace.This is done to make it more consistent with the implementation of
dense_hashtable.
