This PR adds a
README.mdto thestdarch-gen-armcrate that contains a guide on how to use the intrinsics generator.Previously if you wanted to contribute and you were unfamiliar with the generator, short of digging through the source code, your only option was to grep through the existing generated code looking for snippets similar to what you wanted to achieve and then attempt to stitch them all together. This document hopes to address this, making it easier to get the most out of this tool.
