It absolutely can. It's just one of the many features/fixes that I'm extracting from some open PR's that have been in limbo & could benefit the server. |

Gonna merge this since the new filestore format is coming along nicely and I have a copy of the original scape-main. Just to put the old deprecated cache back to it's original-er state. A custom cache can be supplemented by using the update server on it's own, as well, in the interim. :) |

Decided to start splitting up some of the other PR's that have great content / feature updates into smaller PR's.
This PR includes the change in login music as is present in @src52 's PR #312
