Did you use an LLM while working on this? It appears you've changed the entire document, rather than only editing or adding. Your commit message only vaguely refers to editing and improvement. Please specifically say what the improvements are.

I actually wanted to rename the document and instead deleted the document.
I wanted to change the file name from into_to_command_line_tutorial.md to a file name consistently used in the docs directory ie command-line-tutorial using hyphens rather than underscores

I actually indicated in the commit messages. Or you mean including it in the PR description?

I think I get your point now
I should have made the changes accordingly based on his already added commits, so the git diff can show exactly what I added and what I removed. Right now it looks like it's mostly my work in it(which is not the case)
My sincere apologies. Is it possible I can redo this PR in another similar branch so I can correct this properly?
