Graphviz was outdated in ubuntu. Switching the nodejs image to opencloud/nodejs-alpine-ci. |

Now we have build errors due to duplicate items. Seems that the new version is more strict in some places. |

Bump docusaurus to https://docusaurus.io/blog/releases/3.9
Bump likec4 to mitigate vulnerability
