This is a mavenization of the Base64 project from iHarder.net.

To do a release:

1. mvn versions:set -DnewVersion=2.3.99
2. git commit -a
3. git tag release-2.3.99
4. create ~/.m2/settings.xml with:

<settings>
  <servers>
    <server>
      <id>sonatype-nexus-staging</id>
      <username>MY-ACCOUNT</username>
      <password>MY-PASSWORD<password>
    </server>
  </servers>
</settings>

5. mvn -Prelease-sign-artifacts deploy
6. go to https://oss.sonatype.org and find the staging artifact.
7. close the artifact
8. release the artifact
9. mvn versions:set -DnewVersion=2.3.100-SNAPSHOT
10. git commit -a
