What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR fixes a critical bug where UNION/UNION ALL queries fail when ORDER BY references result columns within function calls (e.g., ORDER BY FIELD(name, ...)). The query would incorrectly report "column does not exist" error.

Root Cause Analysis

The bug stems from two interconnected issues in the query builder's UNION handling:

Issue 1: Incorrect Node Creation Order

• The PROJECT node was created before ORDER BY binding
• This caused ORDER BY expressions to be missing from the PROJECT node's output
• When SORT node tried to reference these expressions, they were unavailable

Issue 2: Incomplete Column Resolution in UNION Context

• When ORDER BY uses a UNION result column inside a function (e.g., FIELD(name, ...)), the column resolution fails
• In UNION context, columns exist in aliasMap but not in bindingByCol
• The aliasMap entries have astExpr = nil (UNION doesn't preserve original AST)
• The binder lacked fallback logic to resolve such column references
