Description of changes:
Add AWS Amplify Gen 2 Kiro Power, a steering-based workflow for building full-stack applications with Amplify Gen 2, covering backend implementation, sandbox/production deployment, and frontend integration.
Credit to @davide-desio-eleva for the original community contribution in PR #43 that highlighted the need for this power.
