This PR adds a precommit hook to run the broken link check (
nppm run lint) and format the staged files (pnpx lint-staged). This is set up usingprettier's recommended pre-commit hook withlint-staged. The .mdx? files are split into a separate line in thelint-stagedconfiguration so we can add the Edit this page links next.
