This PR add some simple, external tests for the
certificates-managementtool, ensuring basic functionally does work.It doesn't test results (certs presents, signed correctly), but that could be done easily later on top of the test framework.
It also handle multiple workspace for testing in the idea of testing CA pooling and CA pooling results (==do the CA bundle indeed validate certificates) in the future.
