updated .aar file saved in repo to use media 1.9.2 and ffmpeg 6.0 (wasn't working unless i did that) I only used the alac decoder when compiling ffmpeg, however the generated .aar file supports x86, x86_64, arm64-v8a and armeabi-v7a. (I think the old one didn't support armeabi-v7a because i tested on one of my old android phones (android 9), and alac songs weren't playing, but after the changes in this pr, alac songs did play on that old phone.
changed some versioncode +abi stuff so fdroiddata was happy
updated code to use media 1.9.2
added readme for building .aar file, as we will need to do it if we want to update ffmpeg or media
