This PR adds a parquet shard cache to the Store Gateway parquet mode to reduce object storage call.
It adds two flags:
-blocks-storage.bucket-store.parquet-shard-cache-size: configure cache item size-blocks-storage.bucket-store.parquet-shard-cache-ttl: configure cache TTLWhich issue(s) this PR fixes:
