This PR introduces improvements to file management within the webUI file browser and its backend APIs:

  • File editor component
  • Updated modals.js to support beforeClose promises, allowing for logic such as "unsaved changes" warnings before a modal is closed
  • Implemented file and directory renaming functionality
  • Added a file actions dropdown menu for a more intuitive UI
  • Extended backend APIs (rename_work_dir_file, edit_work_dir_file) and helpers (file_browser.py) to support these new file operations
