contrib.cachefrom the main package, and is now being maintained ascachelibSo If an app is using
werkzeug >= 1.0, jobtastic'sWerkzeugcache will remain unused.This PR switches jobtastic to support
cachelibinstead ofwerkzeug.contrib.cache.
