This is the last PR for Muhit.co for a while. Cheers everyone.

Adding Docker support so we can run muhit wit all bells and whistles in docker anywhere, including our own machines.
Adding Json data exporter to support our new archive only gatsby platform.
Removed deploy step from TravisCI config since we don't need to deploy anymore.
