There were issues with reading ground truth properly when there were multiple versions of the ground truth over time. This fixes that.
We do not have ground truth in the "end" polygons, so we need to use one of the other approaches that match the two control trajectories to generate those reference trajectories. This supports generating reference trajectories with and without the ends This was used to generate d2c1225
So they can be checked in. This notebook includes outputs, which is bad, but at least shows how it is supposed to work. We should change this to remove the outputs before finalizing.
