Improve visual consistency across the app by adding standardized padding to list headers in the Channel Info and Search screens.

• Added consistent padding to list headers in Channel Info
• Applied the same spacing to list headers in Search screens
• Improved visual alignment with surrounding content
• No functional or behavioral changes

🛠 Implementation

• Updated list header layouts to include standardized horizontal and vertical padding
• Reused existing spacing constants to stay aligned with the design system
• Kept changes scoped to UI layout only
• Verified no impact on scrolling, interaction, or accessibility
