Need to make the alternate arming method behavior more clear when using non-full-res switch modes. i.e. When using Wide/Hybrid switch modes, Ch5 is still a one-bit arm channel at the receiver, but the arming status is set by the alternate arming switch instead of the Ch5 value output by the radio.

I added CH14 with an asterisk to the switch-config table, as well as bolded the fullres CH5 fields that are sent in every packet
