General performance improvements.
Change paging to be the default on recent activity view. Use ?paging=false on query string to revert to prior behavior.

Fixes

Fix to restore prior logging archival behavior defaults: delete your nlog.config file and restart the service. A logging package update changed the file naming conventions, and the default nlog.config file was changed to restore old behavior.
Fix table sizing by allowing columns to get smaller and wrap text.
Fix issue selecting countries with . in the name in the country block web admin UI.
Fix monitoring tab on iOS and MAC OS browsers when authentication was enabled.
Fix firewall rules null ref exception when ip portion of the ; delimited string is empty.
Fix PlatformRegex in log file recipes: it can be empty and match all operating systems.
Fix date hovers to show local date/time.
Fix to restrict monitor tab on web admin toggles and export to Administrator role.

Goodies

For all log file or event viewer regex, you may use $$file(filePathOrUrl) syntax to load pipe separated regex values from the file (one per line).
Web admin log files and event viewer entries have a Description field now. Set to Test to put a recipe in log only mode without acting on the event.
Allow re-ordering columns in web admin tables for Recent Activity. Right click on column header to reset.
Add reset ban ips option to web admin. Warning, this is a destructive operation and can't be undone.
Add import recipe option to allow selecting from public recipes or pasting XML.
Add option to restrict ports for concurrent connection blocking.
Add geo notification plugin for successful logins. Get notifications when a user logs in from unlikely locations (distance, state, and country border options).
Add whitelist ips to machine specific popup options.
Add EventReader role to web admin for seeing ip address events and if ips are banned.
