Add EntityDescriptor test example to repository #109
Description
Add the example EntityDescriptor found in the Wiki page https://github.com/ukf/ukf-testbed/wiki/Example-Test-EntityDescriptor, to the repository to make it easier to use when building new tests.
Not sure where yet.
