Submission form - changing funding to - from "N/A" breaks submission form in some cases on Firefox

"Funding" is optional in submission form, selecting "N/A" seems to clear the field

... in most cases.

In some cases (specifically on Firefox), selecting N/A doesn't clear the value properly, "N/A" stays in the field and record can't be deposited.

It doesn't seem to work deterministically :-/

It may also be related to strange behaviour - when changing the value, page jumps to license part (again, we have seen it so far only in Firefox).
