Add a way to dump all groups in a cluster #42
Description
Since we can no longer just grep /etc/group, it would be handy if cheeto could dump the groups. Perhaps just make the --groups flag optional for cheeto db group show --site=hive. This would mimic the Slurm QoS dump you can get by running cheeto db slurm show qos --site=hive.
