I am developing "Hidayet" - an Islamic AI Assistant mobile application
for Muslims. The app provides:
- Quran reading with translation and tafsir
- Hadith collections with search functionality
- Prayer times based on location
- AI-powered Islamic Q&A (using Claude AI)
- Qibla finder
- Dhikr/Tasbih counter
- Islamic calendar
The hadith module will allow users to:
- Browse hadith by collection (Bukhari, Muslim, etc.)
- Search hadith by topic or keyword
- View hadith with Arabic text and Turkish/English translation
- Save favorite hadith
- Share hadith on social media
The app is for educational purposes and will be free for users.
Available on both iOS and Android platforms.
Maximum requests per second: 5
Maximum requests per day: 5000
Both would be ideal, but programmatic API access is preferred for:
- Real-time search functionality
- Keeping data up-to-date
- Reducing app size
However, we will also implement local caching to minimize API calls
and provide offline access to previously viewed hadith.
