Update new CMS to match strandsagents.com theme #507
Description
Currently the CMS is rendering mostly using the default astro/default theme.
While we don't need 1:1 matching, we do need to match the overall theme/coloring of strandsagents.com.
Requirements:
- Index/home page renders successfully
- Theme colors works
- Header bar matches strandsagents.com
