Please add PCX support

Thank you for this great old school experience in a browser without a gazillion JS dependencies! :)

For working with DOS assets it would be really helpful to open, edit and save PCX files as this was/is one of the most common formats on this platform.

Having the default VGA palette would also be a nice addition :)
