403 in Documentation

Hi there, i wanted to try out your project, but sadly the data you are providing in the Documentation[0] is not accessible. Bot links [1][2] return a 403 request status. Using my own data (chromosome 9 of the 1000genome project) raises an error, I'll open another Issue for that including the exception.
Looking forward to finally test your project
