Feature request: load source from url

For my course material it would be useful to load a source file via a parameter to the editor.

Something like:

https://ethereum-play.github.io/editor-solidity?load=github.com/owner/repo/path/to/Contract.sol

(perhaps a stable url is also important to prevent broken links)

This is a work-in-progress. @serapath was working on this a few months ago already, but sadly due to lack of resources we couldn't finish the feature yet. We'll keep it high on the priority list though and hopefully be able to implement it soon-ish.
