GMP precision warning #42
Description
When running with SCIP with SOPLEX some users wanted GMP enabled to set feasibility tolerances to beneath 10-9. The warning said please link GMP if you want to use tolerances at that level. After linking GMP these errors still existed however, and there is a hidden requirement for Boost. This should be made clearer.
