Building with IntelliJ IDE guide fails on maven install

Bug description

When following the guide: https://github.com/runelite/runelite/wiki/Building-with-IntelliJ-IDEA

At this step: https://github.com/runelite/runelite/wiki/Building-with-IntelliJ-IDEA#building-the-project

Tests fail and causes the build to not complete. The fix was to run the install without tests which the guide states:

"Recommended" is not the same as required. A user (myself included) may ignore these erors since they were instructed to do so.
