Update book to reflect `ar` and `dr` changes

Breaking changes:
ar* => arf, ar- => arf-, ar. => ar*
ar, => art, ar? => arq
ar0 => ara0, arb => arab, ars => araS
arC => arpC
arn => arR
art => arT
arf => arF
Removed: drm, aer

I’d like to take this issue.

I will update all occurrences of the old ar/dr commands in the documentation to the
new syntax based on the breaking changes from commit 3c2e4bf. This includes replacing
commands like arx → arf, ar? → arq, ar. → ar*, etc., and removing deprecated forms such
as drm and aer. All examples and references will be updated accordingly.
