Thunderbird fails to install ujust install-system-flatpaks

Everything else was installed correctly.

ujust install-system-flatpaks
fails just for Thunderbird, but the naming seems correct.

Just realized on Bazaar Thunderbird is not available for arm64

To actually fix this:

• We need to test the brewfiles on ARM64 runners as well
• Remove thunderbird or whatever when not on ARM64
