Failure To Reconnect When Resuming From Sleep Mode

Describe the bug
Have connection to ups auto connect. does not auto connect resume sleep mode. Must restart program to reconnect or manually connect with gui.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. setup auto reconnect
2. put system into sleep mode
3. Wake system
4. Nut client stays disconnected red app icon

Expected behavior
Turn on from sleep mode and it auto connects. start up pc cold boot it auto connects. Start program auto connects. Resume from hibernation mode auto connects.

Possibly duplicate of #223? Some big changes are already on the main branch waiting for me to wrap up a release, let's see if any of those address this issue then we can go from there.

recommended latest stable bug free release that I can put on my pc and not worry about it.

Release v2.2.8719 works well enough for me.. Biggest issue is the notification spam. How can I disable them via programs config or registry? Not windows notifications settings.

I recall that the notifications have been made less spammy in a pre-release since then. I've also just posted a pre-release that should resolve any issues with reconnecting, please give it a try and let me know how it goes.
