We're due for a more structured translation process

Set up GitHub teams to ping and/or assign and/or request review from folks who have the ability to review changes to locale x?

Clearer contribution guidelines: don't use AI / machine translation for content you can't verify yourself, leave new/updated locale keys blank for locales you can't translate yourself, etc.

Maybe a minimal PR template would help with this ^?

Any other ideas?
