Sidebar titles trigger page scroll

Clicking on any section title causes the page to scroll.

This is expected behavior. When links are inside a sticky element, and the page exceeds the height of that element, clicking a link causes the browser to scroll to that element until it reaches the top of the page. For a sticky sidebar, this means scrolling until no further scrolling is possible.
