remove integration with open discussions #5441
Description
Description/Context
On the user dashboard at /dashboard there is a card that displays the ten most recent posts that the user has access to in the Open Discussions application. This feature should be disabled and removed.
Plan/Design
- remove the card in the front-end
- remove the authentication code that authenticates the current user to open discussions
- remove tests
- if there are environment settings or feature flags remove them as well
