The Description for Event ID 0 cannot be found #157

Describe the bug
RIS is failing to import files intermittently. The event viewer is giving the following error:
Upon looking into the event viewer for these entries:
Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Dynamics > AX-OData Service
I am not able to see the AX-OData Service folder in the event viewer.
The files are moved to the "Upload Errors" afterwards. What is strange that the series of errors are not consistent, the files are imported successfully in some instances, while in other instances they are not.
I enabled the verbose logging in the application, and found the following contents in the network.log file:
