Wrong version in pyproject.toml

Hey @joostlek,

When building this from source (rather than PyPI), the version is wrong due to pyproject.toml being stuck at 0.2.0. This then makes dependency resolution fail for me. Would it be possible to fix this?

Oh, ideally this should be set to 0.0.0 as the version in the pyproject isnt used for actual versioning. And I kinda don't really feel like updating my workflow at the moment 😅
