Homework 1/2: Create and implement a feature request

1. Create an issue in the forked repository.
2. Define the requirements in the issue - ideally involving creating your own mini Python app or a module with a single function and a test (it will be used in the next workshop).
3. Format it as a feature request that includes AC.
4. Link it to your project.
5. Implement the feature locally and push it to a remote feature branch (not main).
