[FEAT] Add AppImages to the Packages listing

Description

Add the option to list AppImages to the Packages field.

Motivation

It's common nowadays for people to use AppImage Launchers/Managers (e.g. Gear Lever) which put all their AppImages in a folder like ~/AppImages.

Having those also listed would be a nice small QoL feature that'd be nice for those who want to show off AppImages too.

Do those AppImage Launchers/Managers agree with each other, which means, they all use ~/AppImages instead of some random folders?

Currently Gear Lever and AppImageLauncher are one of the popular ways to my knowledge to manage AppImages (people use Gear Lever a lot based on what I know).

Gear Lever stores the AppImages in: ~/AppImages
AppImageLauncher stores the AppImages in: ~/Applications

Perhaps this could be implemented by making it loop through a list of directories and if it finds one of them it will start recursively going through them and counting the AppImages.
