Add ability to specify region for CreateBucket procedure #92
Description
When creating a bucket from the amazon UI, I am prompted for which region to place the bucket.
Stumbled upon it by accident but now that I think about it:
We've seen this as an internal use case for distributing our products around the world. Asia buckets for users in that region otherwise their download fails and they never return.
This is not a release blocker for 1.0 but would be nice in a subsequent release to have to satisfy internal use cases.
