Alarm should be re-initialized after app upgrade

If you have an alarm active while upgrading the app (e.g. through the Google Play store), then the notification indicating that the alarm is active is removed. The alarm stays active though, and will go off at the correct time. The problem is just that there is no _indication_ that it is still active.
