[CONTRIBUTION] Add stabble CLMM program

Stabble has created a new program. This differs from our existing product (balancer/curve like stable/weighted DEXs) as it is a CLMM. It has already been integrated by Jupiter.

We would love to see the stats for our new DEX on Dune.
