From UUF: microsoft.botsay is not found in NuGet feeds https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json, C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\NuGetPackages, C:\Users\scottha\nupkg.

I'm not sure if this is actionable feedback. The steps in the tutorial specify to install the tool from the package with the command: dotnet tool install --global --add-source ./nupkg microsoft.botsay

and mention:

The --add-source parameter tells the .NET CLI to temporarily use the ./nupkg directory as an additional source feed for NuGet packages. You gave your package a unique name to make sure that it will only be found in the ./nupkg directory, not on the Nuget.org site.

So, I'm confused about where the error mentioned in the UUF comes from because the package shouldn't be found in a NuGet.org feed. Also, I was able to complete the first and second tutorial (the one where this issue was reported) in this series without any issues.

Ahh, looks like you create the tool yourself in the first tutorial in the series. So maybe the prerequisite to create the tool needs to be clearer, or maybe we just close this issue. I wonder if this user really is scottha or if that's just the alias they put in their directory path.

I had the same question about whether the user really is scottha too. I'm not sure how they ended up with this error.

It's mentioned both in the intro sentence and as a prerequisite to complete the first tutorial in the series, so if it's okay with you, I'm going to close this issue.
