Scrobbles not syncing to server

Hey there, I host a navidrome instance for some friends (which is then connected to a statistics dashboard). Recently we started to see that usage on Musly seems to not be pushed to the server, is this unsupported?

 I am unsure of which logs would be useful for you but I can provide them if needed.
