Broken and outdated links in README.md #817

Description

While trying to set up and run the DBpedia Extraction Framework locally, I noticed that several links referenced in the README.md are no longer accessible or lead to 404 pages. This made it harder for me and likely for other new users and contributors as well to follow the documented setup, extraction workflow, and post-processing steps without additional investigation.

In particular, I found that some links pointing to internal documentation sections and external resources such as detailed explanations of the extraction process and post-processing instructions appear to be outdated or have been moved to different locations within the repository or on GitHub.
As a result, I had to manually search for the correct information, which adds unnecessary friction when getting started.
