MENDELU/UI fixes - their demanded changes before deploy

UI changes demanded by MENDELU

• change logo in header
• enlarge font-size in header
• enlarge margin from both sides of search input field
• display count of items in each collection (home / community-list view)

• search results display the info-sentence without "." at the end
• implement their wished intro text section
• header dropdown menu "Browse by" - delete repeated "by ..." in each option; make "Project Horizon" instead of "horizon"
• header dropdown menu "Browse by" - add other projects option (TA ČR, GA ČR - dc.relation.funder)

• shorten the interval in Date filter - default start to 2015 instead of 1950
• Item view - display "Identificator" instead of "Permanent identificator"
• Creative Commons license text update: "Dílo je licencováno: CC BY-NC-ND" / "Item is licensed under: CC BY-NC-ND"
• In each item view hide bitstreams with license.txt
• Change to "Vydavatel" instead of "Nakladatel" in ich item view
